Module Lead — Skills Enhancement Programme

Remote / Online1.5 months · ~12–14 daysAUD 300–400 per day

Develop and deliver a module of APNOR’s Skills Enhancement Programme — facilitating live online training sessions and providing structured 1:1 support to refugee-led organisations.

  • Plan and deliver 4 live training sessions per module (7–8 days total)
  • Provide individual participant support via 1:1 meetings and email
  • Develop training materials, slides and at least one practical resource per session
  • Submit a brief report and take part in a debrief with the Programme Coordinator
