Asia Pacific Network of Refugees (APNOR)
APNOR is a network of refugee-led groups established in 2018. APNOR’s objective is to build a sustainable and inclusive network for refugee-led organizations in the Asia Pacific region, to set the regional agenda for refugee policy that draws on the collective voice of lived experience to influence stakeholder and decision-making priorities, and to support the development of stronger national refugee-led structures that can influence national policy reform.

Overview
APNOR has been at the forefront of initiating national E-Hubs across the Asia region, a testament to our commitment towards fostering inclusion, collaboration, and shared decision-making within diverse refugee groups. The National E-Hubs act as potent platforms where refugee voices are amplified and local talents are empowered to spearhead positive change in their communities.

To further this mission, we are seeking two dynamic E-Hub Coordinators to play a pivotal role in the establishment and nurturing of five new National E-Hubs in various countries. These coordinators will be integral in molding APNOR’s “Asia’s change maker community,” actively contributing to the engagement and empowerment strategies within the refugee communities.

Key Responsibilities
The Refugee Engagement/Empowerment (E) hub officer will be responsible for all implementation and management aspects of the project, including the effective coordination and implementation of all project activities in close coordination with APNOR. The E Hub Officer will also be responsible for building strong relationships with Refugees and Refugee Led Organisations.

It is important that the consultant use participatory approaches and fully engage the APNOR and APRRN secretariat during the development and delivery of the training. During the training, it expected that the consultant will also use participatory approaches in the delivery of the sessions to the participants
